強颱瑪莉亞陸警發布 北北基宜將有強風豪雨
中央氣象局9日23時30分發布強烈颱風「瑪莉亞」的海上、陸上颱風警報，陸上警戒區域包括台北市、新北市、基隆與宜蘭地區，最大陣風17級。氣象局表示，儘管「瑪莉亞」強度有略為減弱現象，但仍屬於強烈颱風，預估從今晚上起一直到週三白天，是暴風圈最接近台灣的時刻，中部以北部與東北部地區將會出現強風豪雨，甚至有瞬間強降雨發生，提醒民眾要特別留意。
氣象局簡任技正伍婉華：『(原音)這個颱風它影響本島最劇烈的時間，就從傍晚開始，一直到星期三的早上，這段時間，我們預估在中部以北和東北部地區會出現大雨或是局部性豪雨，其實在這未來⋯就是晚上到後天早上這段時間之內，大家請要特別注意，降雨時間比較集中，而且中間會有瞬間的強降雨。』
氣象局表示，隨著暴風圈快速向台灣東方海面接近，對台灣北部海面、東北部海面、東南部海面及台灣海峽北部將構成威脅，民眾從事海上活動要特別注意。
週三下午之後，颱風會逐漸遠離本島，但馬祖地區仍在暴風圈內，風雨都還是很強，須嚴加戒備。
